By booking you agree to all of the below policies.
We appreciate that things happen and you may need to move or cancel your appointment, please ensure to give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to do this.
Full payment will be required for any cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to appointment time.
50% payment will be required for any cancellations made 24-48 hours prior to appointment time.
These policies are in place as it is near impossible to fill gaps in our diary with this little notice, we often work hours away from home with a carefully planned out route, any cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice have a huge impact on us as a small business.
For all clipping appointments please ensure all areas being clipped are thoroughly bathed, your horse should be ‘show ready’ prior to their clip to get the best results! I advise bathing the night before to allow adequate drying time.
If we arrive and your horse is not clean enough to be clipped this will be treated as a cancellation and you will be charged. Clipping dirty coats causes unnecessary discomfort to the horse and damages clippers/blades.
Horses will be horses and even the most ’bombproof’ horse can be unpredictable, however we do not work with dangerous horses who we feel are likely to hurt us, themselves or you.
We are happy to work alongside your vet if you feel sedation will be required for any service, please inform us of this upon booking so we can allow enough time for your appointment.
Unless otherwise stated, payment is required in full before we leave the premises. Otherwise we waste far too much time chasing overdue payments, if for any reason payment is not made on the day a late payment charge of £10 per day will be added until paid in full. Thank you for understanding.
